Firethorn 'Red Column' Hedge (Pyracantha Coccinea)

The Red Pyracantha hedge, also known as Pyracantha coccinea, is a dense thorny evergreen shrub that is prized for its vibrant red berries and dark green foliage. It provides excellent year-round privacy, serving as a barrier due to an abundance of sharp thorns. In spring, it features small white flowers that attract pollinators, followed by clusters of bright red berries in the fall, which are also very popular with birds. Firethorn hedges are a beautiful addition to any garden which values privacy and security by forming a natural barrier.
