Shipping policy
We deliver throughout mainland Great Britain using our own vehicles, national pallet networks and recognised parcel carriers.
Standard Delivery
Most stocked products are dispatched within 2–7 working days.
During peak seasonal periods dispatch may take longer depending upon stock availability.
Where significant delays are expected we will contact you.
Pre-Orders
Products available on pre-order will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
Where orders contain both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will normally be dispatched once all items become available unless otherwise agreed.
Cell-grown plants may be dispatched separately directly from our growers.
Bare Root Plants
Bare root plants are normally available from early November until spring.
Dispatch times vary according to seasonal demand.
Root Ball Plants
Root ball plants are lifted fresh to order during the lifting season.
Typical delivery is between 3–7 working days although this may extend during busy periods.
Pot Grown Plants
Most pot-grown plants are dispatched within 2–7 working days.
Occasionally additional stock may need to be sourced from specialist growers.
Cell Grown Plants
Cell-grown plants are generally dispatched within 3–7 working days directly from our growing site.
Pallet Deliveries
Large plants, landscaping materials and bulk products may require pallet delivery.
Free pallet delivery thresholds are shown throughout the website.
Orders below the qualifying value may incur pallet delivery charges.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands and certain postcode areas may attract additional surcharges.
Tall Box Deliveries
Certain bare root plants over 1.2 metres are delivered in specialist tall boxes.
Additional delivery charges may apply.
Extra Large Plants
Plants exceeding approximately 2.25 metres in height or classified as Premium Products may require dedicated haulage.
Delivery quotations for these products are provided individually.
Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable vehicle access.
Failed deliveries caused by restricted access or incorrect information may incur additional delivery charges.
Signature-Free Deliveries
Most deliveries are made without requiring a signature.
Please provide clear delivery instructions during checkout.
Delivery Delays
Although we always aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by weather, traffic, courier issues, supply shortages or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control cannot be guaranteed against.
Customers should not arrange contractors solely around estimated delivery dates.
